Hello, My name is Orla and I have worked as an autism therapist for 8 years and before that as an SNA.

I attended Queens University in Belfast and obtained a BSc degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Atypical Child Development. Both have allowed me to further my experience primarily working with children with an array of developmental difficulties.

My most recent position I worked in a school 1:1 with children primarily with autism and behavioural difficulties. I enjoy seeing these children progress positively in the environment around them. It’s an extremely fulfilling job to see every child reach their full potential.

I have over 5 years experience working with Autism, Sensory difficulties, dyslexia and other complex needs.

I am available to provide the Summer Programme and I am comfortable in providing this either within the family home or out and about, teaching social and life skills within the community.

I am also available privately.
